A woman who reached out to me a few years ago sent me this message. Words can’t express how blessed I feel to use my life and experiences to make a difference. The part that almost made me cry is ,”I just want to thank you for teaching me how to fight for my life. The whole they couldn’t look past my skin color really woke me up, when you gifted me with your book. I can only say thank you by learning and sharing.
